By accessing or using Check AI Mentions ("the Service"), available at checkaimentions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Check AI Mentions. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Check AI Mentions is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI brand visibility tracking and analysis. The Service allows users to monitor how their brand or domain is mentioned and ranked across major AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Features include query-based visibility analysis, competitor benchmarking, trend tracking, and exportable reports. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or remain inactive for an extended period. You may not share your account credentials with third parties or create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits.
All billing and payment processing for the Service is handled by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing credits, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these Terms. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests should be directed to our support team, and refunds will be processed through LemonSqueezy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to run one full AI visibility analysis for a domain. Credits are allocated based on your plan tier:
Plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused plan credits expire when the billing cycle ends. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately; purchased credits do not expire and are consumed only after your plan credits have been used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. Abuse of the credit system, including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, is prohibited and may result in account termination.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of Check AI Mentions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your submitted data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Reports and analyses generated by the Service may be used by you for your internal business purposes. You may not claim ownership of the Service's underlying technology, algorithms, or methodologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Check AI Mentions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The AI visibility data and analysis provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination: (a) your access to the Service will be revoked; (b) any unused credits will be forfeited; (c) your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period of 30 days. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
